Job Summary General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for planning and implementing VIP visits and events, aircraft demonstrations, and other tours and customer interactions. Arranges space, agendas, clearances, documentation, and is the primary planner for high level customer visits. Interacts with internal management staff as well as external personnel; participates in department meetings and event reviews with management. You will be taught and expected to have a general understanding of our aircraft and processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Plan and oversee all phases of the visits/events/demonstrations. Monitor project schedule, timeline, and budget to make sure goals are met.
  • Provide agenda, tours, and overall visit planning. Host meetings for both management and visitors.
  • Form a general understanding of our aircraft, processes, and interdepartmental work.
  • Maintain proper paperwork and documentation of each visit.
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in a dynamic work environment.
  • Responsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
  • Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a Bachelors in Marketing or related VIP project experience. Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Must demonstrate a basic understanding of planning principles, concepts and practices; and professional experience which includes organizing, scheduling, and coordinating work assignments to meet customers objectives.
  • Must be customer focused and posses the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret information and use independent judgment in developing solutions to a variety of problems.
  • Good analytical, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees, management and customers.
  • The ability to initiate, plan, and manage customer visits.
  • Good computer skills.
  • The ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.

Salary:$51,650 - $87,290
