We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. HRIS Administrator to join our HRIS team in Poway, CA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.
  • Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.
  • Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands.
  • Configures SAP Successfactors systems and end-end experience implementation is required
  • Configures Role based permissions and conducts data migrations
  • Analyze and establish access to systems and functionality for various levels of employees.
  • Generate reports for recruiting activities, staffing information, and other data requested by customer groups.
  • Take ownership of systems and groups being supported.
  • Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.
  • May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.

Job Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or a related discipline and ten or more years of progressive professional experience in a corporate Human Resources department. May substitute a certificate in human resources from a recognized organization and equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • Demonstrates an extensive technical expertise and application of human resource principles, theories, concepts and practices, with the ability to organize, schedule, conduct, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones with some experience in project leadership.
  • Must be customer focused and posses
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop innovative solutions to a variety of complex matters of diverse scope and nature
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including senior management and senior external parties
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide all levels of employees, including senior managers and senior external parties
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Initiate, plan, and manage projects
  • Represent the company on external projects
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Employee Central/ Recruiting System configurations experience/certification is preferred
  • Experience with SAP, Success Factors configurations is required
  • Ability to create Business rules, MDF objects, Role base security is required.
