Summary Under general supervision, this position supports the marketing effort to maximize sales of a specific product, product line, or product area; and develops solutions to a variety of issues and/or problems of moderate complexity. Administers marketing plan and/or launch programs. Oversees development and production of marketing materials. Recommends product development and/or enhancements as a result of brand performance, and feedback from customers and/or sales force.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administers marketing plan and/or launch programs.
  • Provides briefs and oversees development and production of marketing materials. Manages inventory of marketing collateral.
  • Coordinates activities such as advertising, public relations, and product strategy implementation to achieve product marketing objectives
  • Recommends product development and/or enhancements as a result of brand performance, and feedback from customers and/or sales force.
  • Designs and schedules projects to meet objective(s).
  • Recommends changes/updates/modifications to practices and participates in policy revisions.
  • Develops appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records. May develop new or revise existing electronic or hard copy systems and makes internal presentations.
  • Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
  • Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operation procedures and practices.
  • Additional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field and three or more years progressive experience in marketing. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Must demonstrate a general understanding of marketing principles, theories, concepts and techniques; and must possess related skills including organizing, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
  • Must possess the ability to contribute to the development of new processes.
  • Must be customer focused.
  • The ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and use independent judgment in developing solutions to a variety of moderately complex problems.
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees, management and customers.
  • The ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects.
  • The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.

Salary:$62,510 - $105,628
