Job Summary GA-i3 maintains and deploys production systems for users across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and commercial industry. Webuild and develop best-in-class all domain and globally focused situationalawareness capabilities that process petabytes of data from numerousstreaming data sources in near real time. Our systems applystate-of-the-art algorithms and machine learning techniques to extractfeatures andfuse data from multiple phenomenologies to form a rich live view of objectsin the sky, on the sea, and on the ground. These analytics are designed todetermine not just where something is, but what it is, where it's been andwhat it's doing. All of this "data to knowledge" is made available to endusers in our own browser-based application for visualization, analysis, andunderstanding. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:
  • This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operational aspects of a project and serves as the liaison between project management and the project team, planning, and line management to present and exchange information.
  • Continually reviews status of the project and budget; manages schedules and develops appropriate reports to document progress of the project.
  • Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet production, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Participates in the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project management, line management, and the customer.
  • Assist with development of project plan and manage resources to ensure project schedule, budget, quality, and specification goals are attained.
  • Monitor project schedule, timeline, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet delivery goals.
  • Coordinate departmental and/or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products and/or services.
  • Monitor work of project management staff, providing technical support and direction when necessary.
  • Create progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation.
  • May present results to project staff when necessary.
  • Coordinate with staff and project team to expand services and potential business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and other regulations.
  • Identify and assess project issues and develop recommendations for solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • May act as a lead providing direction and guidance to employees working on assigned project.
  • May participate in the request for proposal (RFP) process to generate new business.
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Responsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
  • Building project plans with milestones, budgets and working with Tech Lead to understand tasking and timelines.
  • Communicating effectively internally and externally to manage expectations, resource needs and timelines,
  • Working with the Tech Lead to understand development progress to inform and be successful tracking budget / schedule.
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as estimated complete percentage, remaining budget, forecasted revenue, cost and GM.
  • Keeping the internal labor planning tools updated for forecasting and tracking
  • Providing weekly updates to the Portfolio Director and Executive Leadership team on progress against deliverables as well as other key metrics.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for each customer.
  • Establishing a cadence for, and updating/managing customer expectations.
  • Documenting customer correspondence and meeting notes as necessary.
  • Leveraging collaborative tools and will foster communication between stakeholders (internal and external teams).
  • Ensuring compliance with the contractual commitments GA-i3has made to our customers.

Job Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility, and willing to take a CI polygraph.

  • Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline and at least three years of progressively complex experience in project administration.
  • May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • Must have a good understanding of project management processes and procedures, planning and scheduling methods, and budget management as well as the ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones and budgets.
  • Must possess:
  • Must be able to work extended hours and travel as required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; and,
  • The ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to a wide range of issues;
  • The ability to initiate, plan and manage projects;


PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • PMP certification recommended
  • Detail-oriented
  • Thrives in collaborative environment
  • Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skillset
  • Knowledge of related software tools a plus (Unanet, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience in conflict resolution

Salary:$72,500 - $129,770
