Job Summary General Atomics Integrated Intelligence, Inc. (GA-I3), an affiliate of General Atomics, maintains and deploys production systems for users across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and commercial industry. We build and develop best-in-class all domain and globally focused situational awareness capabilities, including THRESHER and DRAGONSPELL, that process petabytes of data from numerous streaming data sources in near real time. Our systems apply state-of-the-art algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract features and fuse data from multiple phenomenologies to form a rich live view of objects in the sky, on the sea, and on the ground. These analytics are designed to determine not just where something is, but what it is, where it's been and what it's doing. GA-i3 is seeking a highly experienced intelligence analyst to join our team in support of critical national security missions. This role demands a skilled professional with advanced expertise in data analytics, multi-source intelligence fusion, and strategic problem solving. The successful candidate will investigate data sets, identify patterns-of-life, conduct trend analysis, provide Tier 1 support, classroom and remote instruction to both the intelligence community and forward-deployed operational units, helping to drive informed decisions at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable intelligence.
  • Fuse data from multiple sources, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and cyber intelligence.
  • Support operational planning by delivering timely, relevant, and predictive intelligence to warfighters and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop and present briefings, reports, and visualizations that communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software developers, and field operators to enhance analytic tools and capabilities.
  • Anticipate intelligence gaps and recommend priorities to address emerging threats.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support continuous improvement of analytic processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Political Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) OR minimum of 8-10 years of experience in intelligence analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Significant hands-on experience with intelligence community analysis tools such as Thresher, Bodhi, and MIST.
  • Deep understanding of the intelligence cycle and experience working in support of military operations.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills; able to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
