Job Summary Indian Ministry of Defence (IMoD)has an enduring requirement for airborne ISR platforms using 31 MQ-9B aircraft, purchased from GA-ASI. The IMoD will rely on General Atomics, Global India (GA-GI) for Contract Logistic Support (CLS) and to develop the infrastructure for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) required to operate the Indian MQ9B aircraft. To fulfill this requirement GA-GI must hire additional Indian-national support personnel. These personnel will provide general and administrative management for GA-GI to fulfill IMoD’s CLS and MRO requirements. The individual will report to Director (India Ops) through Head of Tech Ops (India)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
  • Complete to finish work assignments based off of broad specifications, objectives, possible results anticipated and critical reference points requiring special attention.
  • Guides the successful resolution of engineering problems, serves as a consulting resource of engineering knowledge, applies the latest technological advancements to the problem, and may function in a project leadership role.
  • Documents findings, communicates results to engineering staff, makes technical presentations, and may represent the organization as the prime technical contact on small identifiable projects.
  • Provides direction to design or technical staff and may lead a team of moderately experienced professional staff.
  • Leads all phases of assigned computer information system project(s) from inception through completion, including operation and maintenance.
  • Work cohesively with GAGI ops, Tech Ops, Finance & Contracts departments to ensure compliance with Customers and Sub K vendors
