You will lead the transition from a largely on-prem traditional application environment to a modern cloud-forward environment. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and Development:
    • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and other platform capabilities.

    • Deliver solutions via Agile Scrum SDLC.
    • Deduce and document epics and user stories from customer requirements.
    • Strong desire and ability to learn and support web and mobile application development using the low code Mendix platform.
  • System Administration:
    • Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security configurations, and system upgrades.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are free of defects.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with application development best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.

Job Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a bachelors degree in Information Technology or related discipline and nine or more years of progressive professional applications developer experience. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
