Job Summary
Diazyme, an affiliate of General Atomics, is a cGMP and ISO 13485 certified medical device manufacturer. Diazyme uses its proprietary enzyme technologies to develop diagnostic reagents which can be used on most automated chemistry analyzers in user-friendly formats. Their products include test kits for diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, liver disease, cancer markers, renal disease, diabetes, and electrolytes.

Under close supervision, this position supports the marketing effort to maximize sales of a specific product, product line, or product area; and develops solutions to a variety of non-routine issues and/or problems. Administers marketing plan and/or launch programs. Oversees development and production of marketing materials. May recommend product development and/or enhancements as a result of brand performance and feedback from customers and/or sales force.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administers marketing plan and/or launch programs.
  • Oversees the development and production of marketing materials. Manages inventory of marketing collateral.
  • Campaign Strategy & Vendor Management: Design, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks and vendors (Socials, Sprout Social, Search, Website, Salesforce) to drive business results. Be comfortable launching campaigns both fully in-house and through vendor management.
  • Optimization: Monitor and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and performance. Utilize techniques such as A/B testing, bid adjustments, keyword targeting, and ad copy testing.
  • Keyword Research: Perform comprehensive keyword research to ensure campaigns target the right search queries and meet performance objectives.
  • Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and digital integrations.
  • Budget Management: Manage ad budgets, ensuring they are allocated efficiently to achieve the highest ROI and conversion rates possible.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Regularly review and analyze performance data, providing detailed reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI. Use these insights to adjust campaigns and improve results.
  • Digital Technology: Collaborate with larger marketing campaigns and technologies that support digital strategy, including but not limited to websites, digital vendors, SEO technologies, and more.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team/sales to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies. Serve as reinforcement for digital tasks for team planned absences to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Designs and schedules projects to meet objective(s).
  • Maintains Diazyme website
  • Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operation procedures and practices.
  • Additional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field and three or more years progressive experience in marketing. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. Must demonstrate a general understanding of marketing principles, theories, concepts and techniques; and must possess related skills including organizing, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
  • Adept at keyword placement and Google Ads best practices
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4
  • Required experience managing Google Ad campaigns
  • Must demonstrate a basic understanding of marketing principles, theories, concepts and techniques; and must possess related skills including organizing, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
  • Must possess the ability to contribute to the development of new processes.
  • Must be customer focused and possess the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and use independent judgment in developing solutions to a variety of non-routine problems;
  • Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings;
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees, management and customers;
  • The ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects;
  • The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information; and good computer skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.

Salary:$62,510 - $105,628
