  • Participate in system-level design across all project phases, including subsystem architecture and hardware development.
  • Define and document electrical interconnects through coordination with system, subsystem, and unit engineers.
  • Incorporate project requirements into harness and cable designs.
  • Prepare design packages and support design reviews.
  • Establish routing and segmentation of harnesses and cables in systems.
  • Drive procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of components through purchasing and manufacturing departments to meet project schedules.
  • Create clear and releasable documentation and mentor less-experienced staff in doing so.

  • Provide technical presentations and manage technical effort schedules.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing and integrating aerospace-grade cables and harnesses for various systems, including satellite and space systems.
  • Contribute to complex electrical and mechanical engineering efforts with a focus on design quality and hardware reliability while applying business strategy and technical expertise.
  • Plan and execute technical efforts independently and strategically.
  • Represent the organization as the prime technical contact on projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
