Job Summary General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. has a need to hire Indian National Field Service Representatives to supplement the existing GA-ASI work force. Indian Ministry of Defence has an enduring ISR requirement for airborne platforms capable of operating seven days per week, with the ability to perform planned and emergent operations, performing up to 5,500 flight hours per year. To address this requirement, the Buyer is operating 2X Contractor Owned/Contractor Operated pre-production MQ-9B Remotely Piloted Aircraft System to support specific mission sets at a remote location in the Indian Area of Responsibility. The operation of the RPAS is from IN base INS Rajali, Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu (operating location).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide operationally relevant sensor data information collected during MQ-9 UAS missions. STARE/MIS operations support multi-disciplined ISR operations and intelligence analysis/correlation to develop and maintain a Common Operating Picture (COP) that provides operational situational awareness for current, past, and future operations.

Duties Include:
- Supports planning, coordination, and preparation of daily mission tasking including collaborating with key stakeholders, briefing/debriefing mission crews and stakeholders, etc.
- Monitors real-time mission to provide operational feedback between supported unit/agency and the mission crew; to ensure mission execution per the tasking order; to liaison with JCG personnel and/or agencies; and to provide on-site operational leadership
- Provides senior level mission crew representation to site operations, management, presentations, etc.
- Provides on-site training and assessment of fellow crew members on maritime missions and operations to employ best practices
- Duties DO NOT include any exploitation of data.
- Indian FSRs will use the STARE system to manipulate and present operationally relevant sensor data information collected during missions to develop and maintain operational situational awareness for current, past and future missions. They will compare information to past data collected by the system and recommend additional collects, characterize information, and disseminate as needed.
